Quantity Surveyor (Data Centre Projects) – Finland

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team in Finland. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and play a key role in delivering major data centre projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the senior project team to procure key subcontract packages and other critical elements of works
• Prepare quantified work packages, ITTs, and budgets from technical documents
• Analyse and present tender returns
• Prepare and agree subcontract documents
• Manage multiple subcontract packages from award through to final account, including payments, variations, and claims
• Monitor project costs and financial entitlement across allocated packages
