Quantity Surveyor – Interior Design & Fit-Out

The Quantity Surveyor – Fit‑Out coordinates all commercial and cost management activities for fit‑out projects from pre‑contract through final account. The role ensures accurate cost control, timely valuations, and commercial risk management.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts for fit‑out contracts.
• Conduct detailed material and labour takeoffs for joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, and FF&E.
• Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Assess, value, and submit variation and change order claims to clients.
• Manage subcontractor variation accounts.
• Procure subcontractors and suppliers by preparing tender documents, analysing bids, and recommending awards.
