Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Management & Estimation
Prepare
cost estimates

budgets

tender submissions
for construction projects.
Conduct
quantity take-offs
, measurements, and cost breakdowns from drawings and specifications.
Prepare and evaluate
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
and cost schedules according to SMM (Singapore Standard Method of Measurement).
2. Contract Administration
Prepare and review
contracts

tender documents
, and
subcontract agreements
.
Manage
contractual claims
, variations, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with
Singapore building regulations
, BCA requirements, and contractual obligations.
3. Procurement
Source and evaluate
material prices
, supplier quotations, and subcontractor bids.
Prepare
procurement schedules
and assist in negotiation to achieve cost savings.
