Toby Interior Furnishing Sdn Bhd is a growing Interior Design & Build company specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to help manage project costing, quotations, purchasing, and project profitability.Key Responsibilities Costing & Quotation - Prepare quotations and project cost estimates.- Take off quantities from drawings and site measurements.- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.- Assist in tender and project submissions.

Purchasing & Procurement - Issue Purchase Orders (PO).- Source materials and subcontractors.- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors.- Track material orders and delivery schedules.

Project Cost Control - Monitor project budgets and costs.- Track Variation Orders (VO).- Verify supplier and subcontractor claims.- Prepare project cost reports.
