Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor's at all levels to join our growing Infrastructure team . You'll be joining Soben at an exciting time, playing a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Supporting one of our key infrastructure clients in the region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key procurement and commercial strategies across a range of projects in our business

In this role you will

• Receiving and certifying contractor payments.
• Providing essential NEC contract administration support to Project Managers e.g. replying to compensation event notifications, agreement of compensation events, use of our contract administration system called Unifier, etc..
• Compiling monthly commercial WOT dashboards reporting on project performance.
• Raising accruals including all cost reporting required by Client prior to P6 closure.
