Job Summary
This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of project finances, from the development of standardized estimating systems and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the final account settlement. The QS Manager leads a high‑performing team in executing precise bidding processes, negotiating strategic terms with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring the company's interests are protected through rigorous contract management.
