Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, commercial, and technical submissions.
  • Develop and standardise tender procedures, pricing formats, schedules of rates, and technical data to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Review cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, perform price analysis, and apply value engineering to ensure competitive and accurate tenders.
  • Coordinate and chair tender meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Attend tender interviews, participate in site show rounds, and negotiate with clients until the contract is awarded.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, quantity surveyors (QS), and project teams to review design briefs and tender specifications, ensuring alignment and clarity.
