Key Responsibilities:
- Cost estimation & budgeting
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities)/BOM(Bill of material) preparation for Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing systems, HVAC, Fire System.
- Expertise in Electrical System
- Tendering and contract administration
- Cost control, monitoring, and reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and QS tools/software
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience in construction projects
