Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract (Noida)  
Role Summary:  
Post-contract QS responsible for billing, valuations, variations, and cost control for building projects. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Prepare IPCs / client billing & final accounts 
Measurement, BOQ verification, and work valuation 
Manage variations, claims, and change orders 
Coordinate with site, client, and consultants 
Project Experience:  
High-rise residential / towers 
Villas & mixed-use projects 
Luxury building experience preferred 
Requirements:  
Degree in QS / Civil Engineering 
9+ years post-contract experience
