Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract Snapshot. Role: Quantity Surveyor. Location: United Arab Emirates, UAE. Gender: Any. Candidate Nationality: Any. Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, project budgets, and early-stage commercial assessments for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities for tender and procurement use.
- Develop tender documentation, commercial schedules, pricing formats, and supporting documents for the tendering process.
- Evaluate contractor quotations, compare commercial submissions, and prepare tender analysis reports for management review.
- Support procurement activities by providing cost data, BOQ details, budget checks, and commercial input during sourcing.
