Quantity Surveyor – Preston – C£60k + Package

MBS Recruitment are recruiting for the civil engineering division of a multi-sector group. They have an outstanding reputation for retaining long serving members of staff and are always keen to offer personalised career paths as well as provide additional educational or mentorship opportunities.
They have secured a new framework which is predicted to bring in an additional £15m to £20m worth of work and are therefore looking to bolster their commercial team. They are looking for someone with three years plus experience who would be able to commercially deliver their own sites with the support of a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Schemes range anywhere from £1m to £14m and all are under the NEC form of contract. They offer both hybrid and flexible patterns and...
