Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: . Responsible for tender/ pre contract services sourcing for quotations . Handles interim and final payment claims and prepare payment response to Management for approval . Job site visiting and monitor site progress . Responsible for quantities taking-offs, variations claim, verify measurements with the client . Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors . Monitors project phasing & payments . Carry out other Contracts administration activities. Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or its equivalent . Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. . Good interpersonal and communication skill . Good command of spoken and written English . Independent and resourceful . Able to start work in short notice . Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
