Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurement.
  • Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
  • Prepare cost comparisons and submit for management approval.
  • Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor budget usage and report on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with solid knowledge of construction processes, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software.
