Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in pre/post contract administration, the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
  • Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments.
  • Perform cost planning and cost control.
  • Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, assist in verifying subcontractor claims.
  • Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts.
  • In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of projects
  • Overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings
  • Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications
  • Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
