- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions to support project bidding and budgeting.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor project costs and budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare progress claims and variation orders to facilitate timely project payments and contract adjustments.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings to determine material and labor requirements accurately.
- Liaise effectively with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
- Apply knowledge of construction contracts and cost control to manage project financials effectively.
