Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions to support project bidding and budgeting.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Monitor project costs and budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress claims and variation orders to facilitate timely project payments and contract adjustments.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings to determine material and labor requirements accurately.
  • Liaise effectively with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
Required competencies and certifications
