Quantity Surveyor

Key Roles & Responsibilities Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment. Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs. Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation. Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects. Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering. Assist with the development of quotations on various projects. Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned. To submit and ensure Main Contract Progress Claim submit on time for workdone including claim of materials on site together with all supporting documents for consultants' evaluation and certification To liaise closely with project manager on potential VOs and track accordingly in master list.
