- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Monitor the progress of claims and issuance of payment responses.
- Involved in project budget with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, and preparation of final accounts
- Evaluation and certification of subcontractors progress payments
- Other quantity surveying-related duties
- Monitoring and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis.
- Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in handling M&E or facility works.
