Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to prevent cost overruns.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
  • Negotiate and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Measure and value the work done on-site for progress payments.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents and bids.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and financial reports.
  • Monitor changes to designs, assess the impact on costs, and update budgets accordingly.
