Job Description

Preparing
cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
for construction projects. Monitoring
ongoing expenses
, identifying potential savings, and producing
progress reports
for clients and stakeholders. Managing
contracts and procurement
, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money. Conducting
risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations
to maintain project efficiency and safety. Liaising with
architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients
to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution. Advising on
lifecycle costing, maintenance costs, and cost planning
for long-term project sustainability.
