Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Main Contract progress claims for approval by the Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, and Project Manager.
- Support the Project Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, and Contracts Manager on contractual matters, including variation and extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Obtain quotations and prepare cost comparisons for management review.
- Assist in liaising with consultants’ Quantity Surveyors on discrepancies in contract documents and disputes with subcontractors.
- Verify quantity status of material stocks, Main Contract progress claims, and payment claims from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Determine material quantities required for ordering purposes.
- Prepare final accounts for subcontractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Senior Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing contract documentation for main contracts and subcontracts.
