Responsibilities Verify completeness of tender documents and update amendments and corrigenda Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries to resolve issues promptly Perform precise measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities to support accurate cost estimation Coordinate the calling of quotations, pricing, and compilation of Pre-Qualification Memoranda (PQM) and post-tender questionnaires to facilitate informed tender submissions Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and control Solicit subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparison reports, negotiate terms, and recommend awards to optimize project costs Draft and manage subcontract agreements to formalize contractual obligations Liaise with consultants and clients to review monthly progress claims and monitor payments against cash flow projections to ensure financial alignment Evaluate subcontractor claims and certify payments to maintain accurate finan...
