Quantity Surveyor Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 
Job Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates 
Monitor project costs and budget control 
Verify subcontractor bills and client invoices 
Coordinate with project/site teams for quantity verification 
Handle variations, claims, and payment certifications 
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements 
Requirements Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 
2+ years of relevant experience in construction/EPC projects 
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and contract management 
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred 
GCC experience will be an advantage
