Prepare and Tabulate the project budget for each material.
2. Do quantity take-off
3. Can do market analysis and quote invitation subcons and suppliers
4. Able to do calculation about Earthworks Excavation works
5. Can check actual work done and certify maincon payments
6. Able to prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) , rebar and concrete fluctuation by base index and current index
7. Prepare quotation and progress claims for sub contract works, equipment rental and disposal.
8. Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate
9. Must know how to use Autocadd 2D and 3D, Excel and Powerpoint
