This Quantum Consultant role would particularly suit Quantity Surveyors currently working for traditional contractor or client organisations who want to specialise in a quantum analysis role and pursue a long-term career in construction claims and disputes.

Responsibilities and Duties

This Quantum Consultant job vacancy is with a specialist claims and disputescompany that offers a range of specialist consultancy services to its clients who are experiencing problems in their projects and do not have the in-house expertise to resolve them favourably.
Services provided can include:

• Forensic analysis of project accounts to identify and substantiate areas of dispute
• Preparation of final accounts to a standard suitable for adjudication
• Quantification of damages arising from delays or breaches of contract
