Job Description

A few incentives offered by the company upon hire:
+ Retention Bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly.

+ Shift Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for second-shift positions at both locations.

+ Employee Referral Bonus: A $5,000 bonus for referring an applicant to either location, paid after 180 days of continued employment for both parties.

What You'll Be Doing


+ Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials

+ Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation

+ Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles

+ Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

+ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities
