Quarry Supervisor

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Supervisor for our quarry based at Stanwell, Queensland. 

Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, the Quarry Supervisor is primarily focused on the day-to-day supervision, management, and logistics of the hard rock quarry.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and leading employees and contractors to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Supporting the Quarry Manager to ensure the processing of materials are compliant and meet relevant Australian standards.
• Responsible for quality control in conjunction with client requirements and site-specific quarry management plan.
• Responsible for meeting and achieving production targets.

Required skills and experience:

• Current drivers licence
• White Card
• Experience working in a quarry environment, preferred. 
• S1,2,3 Certification
