Position Summary
Quick Service Assisstant is responsible helping with the effective managing and running of the venue’s concessions operations. This would include, but is not limited to, food preparation and production, compliance with alcohol service policies, guest service, employee/volunteer hiring, training and scheduling, closing duties, balancing bookwork, trouble shooting, minimizing waste and closing duties.
