Quoting and Ordering Manager (Telecommunication)

We are looking for a Quoting and Ordering (Q&O) Manager to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations and support timely service delivery. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end supplier engagement cycle — from identifying procurement needs together with internal stakeholders to sourcing suppliers, evaluating quotes, negotiating terms, and formalizing orders. You will play a key role in ensuring that procurement decisions balance quality, cost, and timelines, directly impacting the successful delivery of services.
