We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organization managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimize network performance and stability.
Job Description
Analyze and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability
Perform RF optimization for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks
Conduct event-based network optimization and performance assurance
Utilize BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting
Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network qualit
y
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering
Fresh Graduates or 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field
Must have good knowled
ge of telecom architectures
Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities
