Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support
- Perform BTS-level activities, including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations
- Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other related vendor products
- Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred)
- Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams
- Ensure effective issue tracking, follow-ups, and timely resolution
