RAN Optimisation Specialist - 5G
📍 London or Bristol (Hybrid) | 📅 12 Months | Inside IR35
Our client, a leading telecoms company are looking for an experienced RAN Optimisation Specialist to improve network performance and customer experience across 4G/5G environments.
Responsibilities:
Analyse UE logs, OSS KPIs, and drive test data to identify performance issues
Perform parameter and feature optimisation across LTE and 5G networks
Carry out root cause analysis and implement performance improvements
Support network trials, validation, and KPI enhancements
Ensure effective interworking across 4G/5G (NSA/SA)
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issuesKey Skills:
Strong experience in RAN optimisation & KPI management (4G/5G)
Hands-on with TEMS, Actix, Accuver, Wireshark or similar tools
Experience with Nokia/Ericsson RAN environments
Good understanding of LTE/5G architecture (VoLTE/VoNR preferred)
