We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Raw Material Purchasing Executive / Assistant Manager to lead procurement activities for raw materials. This role is responsible not only for purchasing execution, but also for supplier strategy, cost optimization, and supply risk management. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, particularly for managing China-based suppliers and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
Lead sourcing strategy for raw materials 

Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and supply continuity 

Manage RFQ/RFP processes and conduct commercial negotiations 

Cost Management
Drive cost reduction initiatives (price negotiation, alternative sourcing, bulk purchasing, etc...
