Our client is a well-established and growing food manufacturing and retail business with a strong presence across bakery, pastry, café, and food service operations. As part of its continued focus on innovation and product development, the company is seeking an experienced R&D Bakery Specialist / R&D Pastry Chef to lead new product creation and support the growth of its bakery portfolio.
The PositionReporting to senior management, this role will be responsible for driving the development of new bakery and pastry products while continuously improving existing recipes and production processes. The successful candidate will lead product innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring products meet quality, operational, and commercial objectives.
