R&D Director

We are looking for an experienced, highly technical  R&D Director  to lead and evolve our core production platform - a mission-critical, AI-powered system at the heart of our customer delivery across multiple business lines.  In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of a large-scale, enterprise-grade platform delivering real-time and offline transcription and captioning services to global customers.
