Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EE Lead with deep technical expertise in printed circuit board assembly (PCA) design and system-level electrical quality . This role serves as an EE technical lead supporting NPI programs, driving design excellence, ensuring product robustness, and leading cross‑functional engineering efforts. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to provide perspective to cross‑organization projects, drive innovation and integrate new technologies into projects. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on engineering capability with effective technical leadership and clear communication.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary EE technical lead for PCA design and system‑level integration in support of NPI program.
- Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive end‑to‑end PCA design, including schematic, layout review, and validation.
