Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for AXON Networks' product features.
- Design, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Drive innovation in managing access networks, setting the direction for next-generation software solutions for network access technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products that meet the needs of global ISPs.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Master’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus).
- Experience working on physical layer of communication systems.
- Knowledge of communication systems and statistical processing.
- Knowledge of copper (DSL), fiber (PON) or Wi-Fi technologies is desirable.
