- Provide technical oversight and guidance, ensuring best practices in robotics systems and industrial automation.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects, covering hardware, firmware, and software integrated with warehouse automation systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to align R&D execution with strategic business priorities.
- Drive Agile adoption and SAFe coordination across multiple teams, ensuring sprints and program increments are on track.
- Set milestones, manage risks, and maintain project plans and budgets for timely, on-target execution.
- Proven track record delivering complex R&D programs on time, within budget, with strong stakeholder communication.
