Job Description

Become a pivotal voice for customers as an R&D Software Support Engineer in Canada, focusing on ICP-MS technology. You will tackle technical challenges while enhancing software performance through customer advocacy.
This role entails strong customer engagement, where you will build relationships and understand real-world instrumentation usage. You will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively and promptly.
