Job Description
Transform food innovation as an R&D/Application Specialist with Quadra in Oakville, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role is focused on Dairy and Beverage development until December 31, 2026.
As an integral part of Quadra’s Food & Nutrition business, you will work under the Innovation/R&D Manager to spearhead new product initiatives that cater to market demands. You will utilize your formulation knowledge and creativity to enhance customer experiences through innovative ingredient blends and robust product concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead new product development efforts in Dairy & Beverage
• Create appealing prototypes to drive sales engagement
• Maintain R&D laboratory compliance and ingredient supervision
• Manage pilot plant equipment for scale-up projects
