Join SSP as a Readaptation Officer focused on enhancing student emotional wellness through direct engagement and intervention strategies. This full-time role includes a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities include assessing students individually and in groups, collaborating with school staff, and implementing early intervention programs. A First-level University Degree in psychoeducation, social work, or youth work is required. You will also mentor alongside counselors and document vital information in confidential files while fostering community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet students to assess mental wellness needs
• Work with staff on trauma-informed early prevention activities
• Document interventions and prepare reports regularly
• Engage with parents regarding student support initiatives
• Participate in crisis response utilizing the KI protocol
