Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals
- Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
- Advise on off‑plan and secondary market opportunities
- Present market insights ROI projections and area recommendations
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
Developer & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
- Stay informed on new launches pricing trends and payment plans
