Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Perceptive; anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value‑added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.).
  • Own and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with portfolio of customers.
  • Use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
