Our client in the construction industry is looking for a skilled Real Estate Development Manager to join their team located in Campbell River, BC. This role is crucial in reparation, application, and approval processing for a range of development applications including rezoning, subdivision, site plan control, development permits and building permits. This position will also oversee a development team based in Manitoba.
