We are looking for an experienced *CRM Head (Post Sales & Backend Operations)* to lead and manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in real estate backend operations, collections, legal documentation, registry, possession management, and customer relationship management.
