Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Admin Coordinator with direct experience in pre-construction or real estate transactions.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and client management —ideal for someone who understands how deals actually move from APS to closing, including any and all admin requirements and documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage APS agreements, amendments, deal tracking and progress, and live updates on a day to day basis on each file
  • Coordinate with purchasers, agents, and lawyers
  • Track conditions, financing, and closing progress
  • Maintain internal systems (spreadsheets, deal logs)
  • Assist with broker outreach and active sales support
  • Ensure alignment with Tarion timelines and critical dates as well as other policies and documentations crucial in a transaction.
