Ensure the operational management of outsourced work accident/Occupational illness case flows (incoming emails and calls) in order to guarantee:
- Compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Fair distribution of workload.
- Continuity of case processing.
- Achievement of productivity and quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong command of workflow management and reporting tools (advanced Excel, dashboards, ticketing systems, workflow management tools).
- Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
- Knowledge of the work accident/Occupational illness declaration process and key regulatory deadlines.
- Clear communication skills, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in a BPO production environment.
