Ensure the operational management of outsourced work accident/Occupational illness case flows (incoming emails and calls) in order to guarantee:

  • Compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Fair distribution of workload.
  • Continuity of case processing.
  • Achievement of productivity and quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of workflow management and reporting tools (advanced Excel, dashboards, ticketing systems, workflow management tools).
  • Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
  • Knowledge of the work accident/Occupational illness declaration process and key regulatory deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in a BPO production environment.
