As Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Engineer at Micron, you will work with process and equipment engineers to start up, develop, and optimize processes that improve product quality and reliability. Responsibilities include process yield and cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk management, and resolving manufacturing line problems.
