Job Description

ibex is seeking a Real Time Analyst in the Philippines to manage and balance service levels for the call center. This role includes monitoring call volumes, scheduling staffing resources, and analyzing performance metrics to provide a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Real-Time Monitoring or Workforce Analysis and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and tools like IEX and CMS is essential. Six full-time positions are available with immediate start preferred.
