About the job
- At least 2 years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst.
- Preferred experience with workforce management tools such as IEX, Verint, or Genesys.
- Proficient in managing real-time adherence and scheduling tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (must be able to utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions)
