Overall Purpose

Ensures all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately. Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.

Major Responsibilities

• Ensures all purchase orders for receiving are issued accurately.
• Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers.
• Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments.
• Sends attendance report to HRD every morning.
• Sends all issued purchase order to purchasing by 4:00 p.m.
• Sends actual quantity received to accounting not later than 8:00 p.m.
• Encodes quantity received, packer’s productivity accurately.
• Ensures all promo items were packed and received on the same day.
